What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please contact us with any questions you have before ordering and we will be delighted to assist you.

Do you provide discreet shipping?

Yes! All of our packages come in an unmarked box with no indication of what's inside.

Is my glass protected during shipping? 

Our Headquarters staff packages each piece of glass with the utmost care using bubble wrap and paper fillers to make sure nothing moves around. If breakage does occur, just shoot us an email with your receipt and we will help to make things right!

How long is shipping?

If your order is placed before 3:00 pm Atlantic Time shipping will take 1-2 business days! 

Shipping Info:

All our shipments will require an Adult Signature from Purolator to verify you are of legal age.
